Hi, I am Nuria Salgado—movement artist, women’s coach, and facilitator of profound transformation. Over the last 10 years, I’ve helped women reconnect with their feminine essence through dance, coaching and plant medicine ceremonies, guiding them to heal, thrive, and walk through life in more joy, confidence & purpose. My approach is deeply rooted in holistic healing, trauma work, authentic & creative self-expression, and creating safe spaces for women to rise together.
